Site Restrictions/Reservations– effective Monday 19th July all Covid restrictions for the field and building room will be lifted. Several members have however asked to retain the online site reservations system so they can see and let others know and when they will be down the field. So to avoid having the online system and the manual system in the club hut, we have repurposed the Site Reservations online calendar as an online flight log that can be filled in before or after visiting the field. And for those who can’t access this system then send a text or e-mail to myself and I will enter you into the field log.
Club BBQ – we have scheduled the club BBQ for Saturday 14th August, with a backup day of Saturday 21st August (in case of bad weather), format will be as usual, club will provide the BBQ, tools and charcoal and members will bring their offerings for cremation!, flying to start at 10am and proceed all day with BBQ being lit around noon. Members are welcome to bring guests along if they wish.
